Residential Team Maid

Full or Part Time Positions Available

Hours of Business Operation: 8am-7pm Monday - Friday & Saturdays 9am-3pm

Hourly and paid hourly for Travel/Drive, PTO, STIPENDS

General Accountabilities

• Cleaning Homes for Families Regulary, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly in a systematic, successful, proven and detailed customer centric fashion.
• Show up Informed, on time, prepared with tools and supplies for jobs for day, including keys, fill bags
• Maintain all required documents timely to proper ensure communications for job success
• Maintain kitchen in terms of beauty and cleanliness APPA standards
• Ensure that utensils, dishes and flatware are washed and dried properly (knows or can be trained on the difference between what is ok to put into dishwasher and what needs a handwasing-we will train you!)
• Ensure that pantries are cleaned at all time
• Make sure that all counters are cleaned and polished
• Mop and sweep floors and wash bathrooms APPA standards
• Vacuum and identify when a shampoo is required on rugs and carpets to outsource
• Strip beds of dirty linen and properly make beds using fresh ones, cycle laundry, standard folding & maintain client clothes and fold and arrange them in closets
• Empty trash can and deliver trash to trash receptacles (outside, to curb), including proper recycling
• Dust and proper polish furniture APPA standards
• Maintain exterior entrance doors (clean insides and out)
• Care for pets belongings and provide assistance to elderly people (Let a dog outside, bring groceries in)
• Run errands when required
• Perform minor repairs for your vacuum, any minor breakage, replace lightbulbs
• Report hazardous situations to the employer immediately
• Manage timeline
• Keep client walkways and access areas safe and clear.
• Maintain the inventory of personal cleaning needs.
• Keeps house storage room, caddy, and personal caddy in a neat and organized fashion.
• Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs daily to supervisor, including field, or supplies.
• Provides assistance to all staff members as needed with positive attitude.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: previous work-related experience in residential cleaning
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to uphold rigors of Physical Demands

Salary: $12.50/hour driving and ANY time spent at office, $12.50 for training period, 3 weeks, and STARTING SALARY $14.00 to $14.70 

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Residential Cleaning: 5 years minimum requirement professional residential cleaning
• Social & High Communication Skills
• Self Starter with internal time clock, sense of urgency, teamwork 
• Driven, HIGHLY Motivated to Succeed, CAN DO ATTITUDE!

• English

Required license or certification:

• a valid proof of insurance on vehicle, and a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle you are willing to drive throughout washtenaw and surrounding counties, you are paid for your travel time and while our systems are logistically sound-we will have to travel on occasion.
