Job Title Cleaning Technician-Entry
Be accepting the responsibility of a Cleaning Technician your Clients, and Crew will expect you honor a code to follow certain rules and to behave in a certain way. General Accountabilities
•
1. Mops, dusts, vacuums and removes trash.
2. Keeps client access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards.
3. Monitors and reports on updates, and the status of the client, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
4. Keeps housekeeping storage caddy, area and personal caddy in a neat and organized fashion.
5. Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor.
6. Provides assistance to peer staff and executive members as needed
7. Show up Informed, on time, prepared with tools and supplies for jobs for day, including keys, fill bags
8. Maintain all required documents timely to proper ensure communications for job success
9. Maintain kitchen in terms of decorum and cleanliness APPA
10 .Ensure that utensils, dishes and flatware are washed and dried properly
11. Ensure that pantries are cleaned at all time
Make sure that all counters are cleaned and polished
a. Mop and sweep floors and wash bathrooms APPA
b. Vacuum and identify when a shampoo is required on rugs and carpets APPA
c. Strip beds of dirty linen and properly make beds using fresh ones, cycle laundry, standard folding & maintain client clothes and fold and arrange them in closets
d. Empty trash can and deliver trash to trash receptacles (outside, to curb), including proper recycling
e. Dust and proper polish furniture APPA
f. Maintain exterior entrance doors
g. Care for pets belongings and provide assistance to elderly people
h. Run errands when required
i. Perform minor repairs for your vacuum, any minor breakage, replace lightbulbs
j. Report hazardous situations to the employer or homeowner immediately
k. Manage timeline and budgets appropriately Keep track of cleaning supplies and inventory
12. Keep client walkways and access areas clean and maintains them according to employer safety standards.
13. Monitors and reports on the inventory of personal cleaning needs.
14. Keeps house storage room, caddy, and personal caddy in a neat and organized fashion.
15. Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor, including field, or supplies.
16. Provides assistance to all staff members as needed.

Job Qualifications
• Experience: Some previous work-related experience
• Referral of current A2 Employee in Excellent Standing
• Ability to uphold rigors as defined in Physical Demands Setion
