Job Description – Busser

Our bakery is looking for a busser who can work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during busiest times of the day. Busser will be responsible for clearing tables as soon as customers leave the bakery and work closely with servers to maintain order in the dining area.

Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and wait on customers
• Arrange tables according to bakery’s floor plan
• Prepare and replenish the condiment areas at all times
• Update the special’s chalkboards each morning to reflect the specials for the day
• Keep an eye on the tables and wastebasket areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience working in a busy restaurant environment

Able to lift 20 pounds at a time

Able to perform janitorial duties a must
